Healthy Meals On The Go

The curriculum Healthy Eating on the Go is a compilation of four individual lessons, each on a different topic related to eating healthy in very little time. The series starts by teaching healthy meal planning and tips on how to meal plan using the Harvard School of Public Health’s Meatless Monday campaign and recommendations from the American Heart Association. Then the remaining three sessions discuss Mason Jar Meals which focuses on portion control, Freezer Friendly meals and Slow Cooker Meals which discuss make ahead meals and focuses on food safety. Each session includes a power point personation slides with speakers notes, a prezi presentation with voice-over, pre and post evaluation and a follow up evaluation.
